THE AUTHOR BEHIND THE STORIES

About Marcus Wilhelm

Where history, imagination, and faith converge.

Marcus Wilhelm is a military veteran and author whose passion for history, faith, and storytelling comes together in the worlds he creates.

Drawing upon his military experience and lifelong interest in history, Wilhelm brings a distinctive perspective to military fantasy, blending the realities of warfare, leadership, and sacrifice with the extraordinary possibilities of ancient civilizations, magic, and dragons.

His debut novel, Steel and Flame, explores what happens when the familiar meets the impossible—and when people from vastly different worlds must learn to trust one another in the face of a common enemy.

At the heart of his storytelling lie questions of faith, free will, courage, and the bonds forged through adversity. For Wilhelm, even the greatest conflicts are ultimately shaped not simply by the weapons brought to bear, but by the choices individuals make and the relationships they build.

Steel and Flame marks the beginning of an expanding universe where steel meets legend, and faith shapes destiny.

When not writing about warships, dragons, and the extraordinary consequences of ordinary choices, Marcus Wilhelm enjoys woodworking, music, and the occasional quiet moment.

He is also occasionally held hostage by a 62-pound German Shepherd/Husky with questionable judgment.
